an Asian businessman travels from the Far East to the USA every month. One month me arrives in the US and exchanges his money for US Dollars and leaves with $1000, the next month he exhanges the same abount, but is only given back $900. He kindly askes the agent why the lower amount, and he replies "fluctuation", startled, the businessman replies "fluck you American"
